Based on the latest news in regards of COVID-19 and as well based on the newest actions and measurers of the Swiss and all other government of our subsidiaries, we will send partially staff home to provide their work based on home office. Employees which are working in direct project realization and can’t do their activities from home and will working in shifts to reduce the people in the company and to have more distance to each other! All necessary other measures which are advised from the authorities are in place and visitors can’t come in our building. We will take care that these circumstances will affect so less as possible the ongoing projects and we will keep our customers informed should unexpected delays showing up. Projects in quoting are in normal and regular execution, discussion, negotiation can be done any time with your direct responsible Key account managers based on telephone and video conferences. There is no interruption in the sales process and new requests are quoted based on a regular time frame.

After sales service is reachable and support at your place is depending to the regulations which you have at your place executed.

We are confident and optimistic that the situation will improve soon, and we will be able to go to “SOP” back.
