Marking and printing of parts

Integrating printing systems into assembly lines is a recurring theme at INSYS smart automation®.

Marking and printing of components with various systems is part of everyday life at INSYS. Be it pad printing, ink jet printing or laser marking. When integrating printing stations, INSYS always considers the entire process in order to offer the best possible solution.
Especially when printing with pad printing, the surface tension must be increased first. This can be done, by an electrochemical process for surface modification of plastics, for example. Of course, the surface tension is then neutralized again by ionization, to prevent dust from accumulating after printing.
The parts which have to be printed can be delivered as bulk material or in trays.

Supplementing the system with preceding or further assembly steps is also no problem for the specialists at INSYS smart automation®.
